First Post: NO EXCUSES

I love this video because it makes me want to get out there and “JUST DO IT.” We constantly make excuses for ourselves why we can’t or don’t do things which leaves us short of our goals. This is especially true in the world of fitness or working- out, there is always something better to do or a reason why you can’t. In Mark Ripptoe’s book Starting Strength he says many people don’t work-out because they think its optional or they think you can put it on the back burner. In actuality, it isn’t, that is why your body deteriorates and as a result we wind up with a society filled with preventable “lifestyle” diseases.

Bottom line, get out there and do it, whatever it is physical or not and if you have two legs that work, USE THEM.
