Milton pulls, rows and runs

Paleo diet takes us back to HEALTHY caveman days and

some pics of last weeks workout, with our fine athlete Milton.

Milton does a resisted run that actually turned into more of a resisted walk. Heavy bands are great for assisted pull-ups, runs, drags and also adds some great variable resistance to any bar or kettlebell lift.

Milton finishes his 80 yd shuttle, lungs burning and all, i think it was 50 degrees out that night. All great examples of functional movement that will not just make Milton strong but athletic as well.

Milton does some inverted rows, although his hips should be up, this is a great pull-up substitute and progression.
