You know what I am doing on my Superbowl, running 13.1 miles in SF, the Kaiser half marathon for the Run4urlife group that I have been training.

Here is the carbo load recommendation I will follow, courtesy of my exercise phys class two years ago:

Carbo load recommendation:
Thursday: eat a low carb diet, 60-100g per day, high fat and protein
Friday and Saturday: high carb diet, 400-600g per day ‘
Race day: .7g per kg of body weight for every two hours of exercise and after the event for six hours.
I am shooting for under 2hours but I am going for 1’45”
