1RM Testing

Just finished another block of a 5, 3,1 ish program here are the results.

Hanging Power Clean: 210lbs up 5 from last cycle

Front Squat: 225lbs up 10lbs

Bench: 235 same, attempted 240 but failed

Trap bar Deadlift, changed from overhand  grip on barbell : 325 up 10lbs

Chin-up: 85lbs up 5lbs

I’m weighing about 165lbs now and I will drop some for the Triathlon in April, should be interesting to see where strength levels go. I am keeping all the lifts but will sub a rear foot spilt squat with a barbell for single leg strength for the front squat and trap bar deadlift for barbell.
