The Greatest Ab Exercise

When people know that I am a trainer, I get this one a lot “what is the best ab exercise?” Usually, I try to dig further into the why’s of the rationale for asking the questions and point them to diet/strength training etc such as a previous post http://wp.me/pKLG7-bP

I did come across a post by respected Strength Coach/Trainer Nick Tumminello who first of all has research to back the “this is the best ab exercise” claim.  Then 2nd it is a great exercise combination that falls great in a plank to roll-out progression.  Check out the exercise if you have a experience working with stability balls and ab wheels.
