MaxOut: Youth Athletic Development

MaxOut is a training system that specializes in youth ages 12-18 years of age. The training system will encompass personalized training (in the 7 primary training attributes), healthy nutrition and professional strength and conditioning coaching with a max of 4 trainees at a time.

The MaxOut training program includes:

  • Two coached training sessions per week
  • Professionally designed personal training program with training calendar, written program and video/picture demonstrations of exercises updated monthly.
  • Healthy Habits Nutrition lessons focused on long-term healthy nutrition habits
  • One monthly assessment including (Functional Movement Screen) to prevent injury and other progress checks for performance or fitness depending on the athletes goals.

We promise to not only deliver results based on the athletes goals but to also help instill life long healthy habits in a fun, safe and energetic training atmosphere.

Training sessions run Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. Please call or email for availability.

The 3-month 2 times per week training program is an investment of: $65.00 per session
