Personalized Program Design

The results are in the program! If you have a goal then a program is what will get you there. Program Based Training will give you a road map to a new you.  PPD includes:

  • Professionally designed written 4-6 week program
  • Video/pictures and exercise descriptions of the exercises in the program
  • Calendar so you know which workout to do which day and track progress
  • Functional Movement Screen assessment to customize the program and injury prevention
  • Body-fat and measurements to assess the programs effect on your body

Pricing: PBT is 1.5 the facility session rate which includes one 60 minute personal training session and program design.
